- Replace the roof on the OA lodge
- Install 2 new pool heaters
- Repair pool tiles
- Cleanup, and spread new wood chips on hiking trails
- Replace flooring in Gebhardt Lodge
- Repair/rebuild COPE events
- Build a new pavilion at the Rifle Range
